申請流程 5 步

計分：要寫計畫書、要到場、要交作品各 2 分；要自籌、文件 8 項以上、流程 10 步以上各 1 分（計畫書 10 章以上、自籌一半以上再加 1 分）。1 分以下輕鬆，2–4 分要準備，5 分以上大工程。

申請資格

全世界的高中生（或同等的大學前階段）都可以參加，報名時要在學；報名後、截止前畢業的仍可提交。自學生 14 到 18 歲可參加。個人或最多 5 人一隊，可以跨校、跨國組隊，每位隊員都要報名，每隊只交一支影片。提交前要上完線上 Blue Ocean Mini-Course。提案要原創、用英文，影片 5 分鐘以內、1 GB 以下，不能加速播放；一定要用藍海策略工具（Strategy Canvas、Three Tiers of NonCustomers、Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create Grid）。只有點子也可以參加，不必已經成立事業。免報名費。違反任何規則取消資格。

資格: 「You must be enrolled in high school or an equivalent pre-university level (such as secondary school, GCSE/IGCSE, O-Level or A-Level study, or the IB) when you register. If you graduate before the submission deadline, you can still submit your pitch. Homeschooled students aged 14 to 18 can compete too.」
