申請資格

限當年度正式註冊的在學學生（要交有效學生證的 JPG），高中生不行，沒有隸屬學校或認可機構的不行；送件時是學生、評選前會畢業的可以申請。全球都能申請，年滿 18 歲，可以多位創作者共同申請，每人只能提一個計畫。計畫要已經開始拍攝，評審把它當進行中的作品看。不是學生的改申請 W. Eugene Smith Grant；兩個不能同時申請。去年提過、入圍過的同一個計畫可以再提。禁止 AI 生成的影像。報名費 10 美元，付不起的可以向合作組織申請減免（不直接向基金會申請）。
