住友財團 FY2026 日本以外文化財保護修復補助（2026-11-30 截止）

日本住友財團補助日本以外的文化財保護、保存與修復，也補直接接著修復計畫做的先期調查。對象是有藝術或學術價值、值得傳下去的老的有形文化財（美術品、考古遺址的史料，含建築上的壁畫、雕刻），數位保存不補。文化財的所有人、管理者，或實際做先期調查的研究者可以申請，營利公司不行。總預算 3,500 萬日圓、約 15 件（外幣不換算），2026 年 10 月 1 日到 11 月 30 日下午 5 點（日本時間）線上送件，英文或日文。

計分：要寫計畫書、要到場、要交作品各 2 分；要自籌、文件 8 項以上、流程 10 步以上各 1 分（計畫書 10 章以上、自籌一半以上再加 1 分）。1 分以下輕鬆，2–4 分要準備，5 分以上大工程。

申請資格

申請人是文化財的所有人或管理者，或是實際做先期調查的研究者；機構或個人都可以。原則上不收：營利公司、為了營利持有文化財或文化財只供私人使用的個人。補助對象是日本以外、有形、年代久遠、具藝術或學術價值、應該傳給後代的文化財（美術品或考古遺址）的保護、保存與修復，以及直接接著修復計畫的先期調查；含建築上的壁畫、雕刻。考古遺址只補遺址裡的史料或出土物，整個遺址的保護修復不補；數位保存不補。不補申請人與共同研究者自己的酬勞、所屬機構的行政管理費、傳真機影印機這類一般用途設備。可以同時向政府或其他民間單位申請補助。評選看文化財的重要性、急迫性、計畫可行性、需不需要這筆補助，也可能看跟日本的關係。

怎麼申請

到住友財團網站登記 email，選申請人類別（機構或個人），收到申請網址；類別登記後不能改
在系統填第 1 頁基本資料，下載第 2–5 頁 Word 申請表填好；計畫概要限 2 頁，10–11 號字、不能手寫
申請表與附件轉成 PDF 上傳（照片用 zip，最多 20 張或 100MB），按 Apply 送出，收到登錄編號；下一個工作日沒收到要馬上聯絡財團
2026 年 11 月 30 日下午 5 點（日本時間）截止
選考委員會評選，董事會預定 2027 年 3 月核定，結果用 email 通知
獲選後交同意書；完成後交完工報告、財務報告，修復的另由修復師交修復報告，並對外公開受住友財團補助
