東芝國際交流財團 FY2027 年度補助（促進國際了解日本的計畫，2026-11-10 截止）

日本東芝國際交流財團（TIFO）補助非營利組織辦理促進海外了解日本的計畫：研討會、文化活動、研究調查、培育相關人才四類。計畫要在一個會計年度（2027 年 4 月到 2028 年 3 月）內完成。FAQ 寫補助金額依計畫差很多，大約幾十萬到 150 萬日圓（外幣不換算），一次撥付，可以申請美元、歐元等外幣。2026 年 10 月 1 日到 11 月 10 日（日本時間）在官網上傳申請表。

準備難度輕鬆看理由

申請流程 5 步

計分：要寫計畫書、要到場、要交作品各 2 分；要自籌、文件 8 項以上、流程 10 步以上各 1 分（計畫書 10 章以上、自籌一半以上再加 1 分）。1 分以下輕鬆，2–4 分要準備，5 分以上大工程。

申請資格

非營利組織，要有以組織正式登記名義開立（或將開立）的銀行帳戶或同等帳戶收補助款。營利公司原則上不符資格；個人為自己的目的申請不受理，但可以代表所屬組織或團隊的計畫申請。計畫要符合財團宗旨與四個類別之一（促進國際了解日本的研討會與講座、文化活動、研究調查、培育相關專家），要能加深海外對日本的了解，並在一個會計年度內完成（4 月 1 日到隔年 3 月 31 日）。不受理：不符財團宗旨的、為個人研究、個人獎學金或個人出國進修申請的、多年期計畫一次申請整筆的、沒用官網申請表的。多年期計畫最多 3 年、每年重新申請；同一計畫連續 3 年獲補助後，第 4 年不再符合資格（原文另寫特殊情況仍可能補助，但機會低很多）。一個組織只能申請一個計畫。原文沒有限國家，沒有寫到臺灣。

怎麼申請

先讀 FAQ 確認計畫屬於四個類別之一、符合資格，再從申請頁下載申請表
填完申請表所有欄位，2026 年 10 月 1 日到 11 月 10 日（日本時間）上傳到官網
上傳成功畫面會顯示感謝訊息，不另寄確認信，需要的話自己截圖留存
2027 年 2 月評選委員會評選，3 月董事會核定並通知結果
2027 年 4 月交協議書與實際執行計畫，之後交請款單、一次撥款，執行到 2028 年 3 月
