St. Gallen Symposium 2027 Global Ideas Competition（聖加侖論壇全球點子競賽，研究生）
瑞士聖加侖論壇每年辦的研究生競賽，2027 年起從論文徵文改成「點子競賽」：題目是「What could we solve, if we could agree?」，要交 1,000 字以內的英文 Solution Brief（四個部分）加一支 3 分鐘以內的自拍說明影片。1997 年以後出生、2027 年 2 月 1 日時就讀碩博士班的學生可以個人報名，2027 年 2 月 1 日截止。前 100 名獲邀全額補助去瑞士參加 2027 年 4 月的論壇，前三名分 2 萬瑞士法郎獎金（外幣不換算）。

計分：要寫計畫書、要到場、要交作品各 2 分；要自籌、文件 8 項以上、流程 10 步以上各 1 分（計畫書 10 章以上、自籌一半以上再加 1 分）。1 分以下輕鬆，2–4 分要準備，5 分以上大工程。
申請資格
2027 年 2 月 1 日時在「regular university」就讀碩士或博士班（graduate or postgraduate）的學生，科系不限，1997 年以後出生。regular university 指有做研究、至少開一個博士班的高等教育機構，例外個案審。大學部學生不能參加；但如果這一年的程度相當於國際上的研究所程度（例如榮譽學士第四年），要學校書面證明。只能個人報名，不收團隊。Solution Brief 要專為這個競賽寫（自我抄襲也取消資格），用英文；可以用 AI 工具但要申報，沒申報被查到就取消資格。辦法沒列國籍條件。

- 影片對著鏡頭用自己的話講，不放投影片、不照稿念，手機拍就可以
- ISC 先查資格與文件；第一輪評審匿名審 Solution Brief，第二輪看影片
- 前 100 名成為 Leader of Tomorrow，獲邀全額補助參加論壇；2027 年 3 月中前 email 通知結果
- 前三名分 2 萬瑞士法郎，最好的幾位上主舞台發表
