Turtle Conservation Fund 陸龜與淡水龜保育研究獎助（2026-12-01 截止，最多 5,000 美元）

Turtle Conservation Fund（TCF）是幾個龜類保育組織合組的基金，一年兩次補助個人或組織做陸龜、淡水龜的保育或研究（不收海龜），每件最多 5,000 美元，3,000 美元以下的小額申請也歡迎（外幣不換算）。優先給 IUCN 紅皮書極危、瀕危的物種，資料不足或評估過舊的物種也收。用官方英文計畫書範本寫，email 送件；範本 10 到 17 節要註明有多少是用 AI 產生或改寫的。每年 6 月 1 日、12 月 1 日截止，這一期 2026 年 12 月 1 日。

計分：要寫計畫書、要到場、要交作品各 2 分；要自籌、文件 8 項以上、流程 10 步以上各 1 分（計畫書 10 章以上、自籌一半以上再加 1 分）。1 分以下輕鬆，2–4 分要準備，5 分以上大工程。

申請資格

個人或組織都可以申請，做高度瀕危陸龜或淡水龜的保育或研究專案，不收海龜。每件最多 5,000 美元；3,000 美元以下的小額申請也鼓勵，用來做先期調查或其他保育行動，也可能給開發中國家經驗較少的年輕保育工作者（包括女性與少數族群）。優先物種：IUCN 紅皮書或 TFTSG 暫定評估為極危（CR）、瀕危（EN）的；其次是資料不足（DD）、未評估（NE），或評估超過 10 年、看起來需要上修威脅等級的（要說服 TCF 為什麼需要重新評估）。申請時聲明會取得所有必要許可、拿到許可前不開工，不違法採集、持有、運送、進出口或販售龜類與其他野生動物。只補直接的研究與保育支出，不補組織行政管理費。只收英文申請。研究物種照片與地點地圖：申請說明頁寫鼓勵附，計畫書範本寫必附。

下載 TCF 計畫書範本，用英文寫，約 15 頁內（不含參考文獻），每位申請人履歷 5 頁內，12 號字
可以附研究物種、樣區照片與地圖，整份檔案 5 MB 以內
每年兩次截止（June 1、December 1），計畫書用 email 寄給 TCF 的負責人
由 TCF 審查委員會內部審查，結果大約在 August 15、February 15 公布（日期可能變動）
