計分：要寫計畫書、要到場、要交作品各 2 分；要自籌、文件 8 項以上、流程 10 步以上各 1 分（計畫書 10 章以上、自籌一半以上再加 1 分）。1 分以下輕鬆，2–4 分要準備，5 分以上大工程。

申請資格

第一次申請 KNCF 補助的組織。Basic A 不必符合一般申請組織的條件（法人資格或同等社會信用、3 年以上自然保育實績、近 3 年財報與法人證明）。每件 100 萬日圓以內，原則上一年一期，可連續 3 年獲選。活動地點要在日本國內，或以亞太地區為主的開發中國家（原文沒有附國家清單、也沒有寫到臺灣；在臺灣境內做的計畫算不算，送件前先問受託人）。主題是生物多樣性保育、能幫助生物多樣性保育又對應 SDGs 的社會議題，或保育人才培育（含環境教育），都要對應昆明－蒙特婁全球生物多樣性綱要（GBF）。另外要取得計畫所在地政府、國際組織、NGO 與居民的合作，成果不能讓特定組織或個人得利，計畫要由有科學知識的專家執行或取得專家的建議與協助。不補助正職人員的人事費，也不補助整個計畫外包；部分外包不能超過補助總額的 10%。

2026 年 10 月 1 日上午 9 點（日本時間）起，到 KNCF 管理系統註冊帳號、取得 ID 與密碼
照文件清單把申請資料全部填進系統、上傳
2026 年 12 月 1 日下午 5 點（日本時間）前按送出，時間一到申請按鈕就關閉
審查委員會預定 2027 年 3 月中旬評選，4 月 1 日起在系統查結果
獲選後依核定金額修改計畫與預算，2027 年 5 月 31 日下午 5 點前從系統送出
修改後的計畫與匯款帳戶 4 月底前交，5 月底先撥 50%；其餘一半在 11 月底、交了期中報告之後撥
2027 年 10 月 31 日前交期中報告，2028 年 4 月 30 日前交期末報告
