計分：要寫計畫書、要到場、要交作品各 2 分；要自籌、文件 8 項以上、流程 10 步以上各 1 分（計畫書 10 章以上、自籌一半以上再加 1 分）。1 分以下輕鬆，2–4 分要準備，5 分以上大工程。

申請資格

多個 NGO 合作的計畫：說明寫兩個以上 NGO（two or more），計畫書範本寫含申請組織 more than 2 NGOs，到底要 2 個還是 3 個以上，送件前先跟受託人確認；申請時沒寫明合作 NGO 的不審；計畫書要寫清楚每個 NGO 的角色、怎麼合作與合作帶來的效果。每年上限 2,000 萬日圓，原則上一期 3 年（2027 年 4 月到 2030 年 3 月），審查委員會認為進度不足可以中途停止。申請組織要能回報執行與財務、有法人資格或同等社會信用的志願組織、有 3 年以上自然保育實績，附近 3 年財報（有法人資格的另附法人證明）。活動地點要在日本國內，或以亞太地區為主的開發中國家（原文沒有附國家清單、也沒有寫到臺灣；在臺灣境內做的計畫算不算，送件前先問受託人）。主題是生物多樣性保育、能幫助生物多樣性保育又對應 SDGs 的社會議題，或保育人才培育（含環境教育），都要對應昆明－蒙特婁全球生物多樣性綱要（GBF）。另外要取得計畫所在地政府、國際組織、NGO 與居民的合作，成果不能讓特定組織或個人得利，計畫要由有科學知識的專家執行或取得專家的建議與協助。不補助正職人員的人事費，也不補助整個計畫外包；部分外包不能超過補助總額的 10%。

審查委員會預定 2027 年 3 月中旬評選，4 月 1 日起在系統查結果
獲選後依核定金額修改計畫與預算，2027 年 5 月 31 日下午 5 點前從系統送出
合作計畫第一年的核定金額原則上一次全額撥付；第二年起每年 3 月審查委員會決定要不要續補後再撥
合作計畫不交期中報告，改在每年 3 月的審查委員會當面做年度報告；2030 年 4 月 30 日前交期末報告

1: 「To log into the System, obtain the necessary User ID and password by conducting the registration process in the URL below referring to “User Manual”. User registration is available from October 1st, 2026(Thu), 09:00, JST.」
